Welcome to the homepage of the 9^th Assembly of Petrology and Geochemistry. The conference will take place in the pilgrim center of Szentkút (Nógrád county) on 6-8. September 2018. 

I would like to raise your attention that the deadline for the registration is approaching (10^th May, 2018), however it does not require any payment duty, you only have to fill a form found under (http://vandorgyules2018.elte.hu/index.php/regisztracio). The deadline for the abstract submission and payment is 10^th June, 2018. Please keep in mind the dates, we are not able to accept applications after the deadlines. 

Please use the given template for constructing the abstract. You can download the asbtract template from: (http://vandorgyules2018.elte.hu/index.php/absztrakt-bekuldes).

The Assembly is a traditional Hungarian scientific meeting with special regard for petrologists and geochemists, however, researchers from related fields (e.g., mineralogy, geophysics, volcanology) are also expected. Senior and young researchers come not only from Hungary but also from the neighbouring countries (Slovakia, Romania). Furthermore, foreign students (studying at Hungarian universities) are also welcomed. 

Participants will have the opportunity to present their research in the oral or poster section.

In spite of the fact, that the language of the conference is Hungarian, English session(s) will be organized on 6^th September (Thursday) as well.
